Starting from January 2023 all requests regarding the lost cashback should be submitted within the month the corresponding orders relate to. E.g., the request regarding the order made on any date in January should be submitted on January 31st at the latest, on any date in February – on February 28th at the latest, and so on.
- ·Cashback is NOT earned when using the SHEIN shop mobile app (in the case of using the Yamaneta mobile app and redirecting to the SHEIN mobile version cashback is earned in the usual way).
- ·Cashback is NOT earned for gift card purchases.
- ·Cashback is not earned for purchases made using gift cards.
- ·Cashback is earned on the actual amount paid and is NOT earned on value spent from your SHEIN Wallet or bonuses applied at checkout.
- ·Please add items to your shopping cart only after the cashback has been activated.
- ·Cashback is NOT earned for additional charges such as delivery or shipment.
- ·Cashback is NOT earned for orders paid by OXXO.
- ·The amount of cashback charged to your account balance may vary slightly from the above. This is due to the conversion of payment currency to your account currency.
According to SHEIN terms and conditions, if the cashback for your order has not been registered in your account in the " Pending" status, you must create a corresponding request in your Yamaneta account within 150 days of purchase.
If your personal SHEIN account was registered via Google or Facebook, please note that an error may occur when logging in via our app. To avoid this, we recommend you change your login method on the shop website.
